Compact Filter with Plastic/Galvanized Steel Frame

The frame of standard v-style filter is galvanized steel plate or stainless steel. A 25mm flanged header or double flanged header allows the filter to be easily inserted and latched into front and side access system.

Microfine glass media in a mini-pleat design formed into multiple V-bank media packs, and then install this pack into sprayed galvanized box. Compared with common filter, this configuration increases the quantity of media. Large media area guarantee low pressure drop, save energy and cost.

Large dust holding capacity, no separator

V-style HEPA filter is made from fine, moisture-proof fiber glass. Specially designed hot melt adhesive make the same space in adjacent pleats, maintain the best air flow and lowest pressure drop pass by. Pleats with same pleat make full use of the media and maintain larger dust holding capacity.

Rigid configuration maintain good performance in turbulent airflow

Header and frame are made from sprayed galvanized steel, preventing corrosion in high temperature. Rigid configuration makes v-style filter the best option under tough operating conditions and repeated fan shutdown. HEPA filter with faceguard is available for customer so that it will not be damaged during transportation.

Large air flow

The air flow of this kind of filter can be as high as 4000 m3/h, compared other HEPA filter with same size, less quantity of this v-style filter is needed to have the same air flow, which will reduce cost and installation room.
